What is Tom doing in the the picture on the right. It looks like he is trying to dig his way out? Or maybe he is showing the dog how to dig his way out. Whatever he is doing, the dog is demonstrating the traits of a great supervisor.
I really enjoyed this picture because pretty much it feels like that is what is going on...in reality this dog will probably climb the fence. We have dog gates in the house and she climbs over them like a ladder. Tom was checking to find the spots that she could possibly dig under....the dog is laughing. So tell me it took Roxy how long to settle down. Thomas's friend said their dog "Dinger" woke up on its fifth year to be a good dog!!!!
Tom: your adoration for the dog is apparent...you have very similar eyes.... That is very kind of Tom to point out the areas to dig under....not to mention using a fence material to help it climb..... Tom, some might get the impression you really are trying to help the dog OUT :) :)
I have to ask, is it just me or has anyone else heard the farmer" Tom talk baby talk to the puppy? The man who has taken many pets to the farm I think may have softened up in his OLD age!

Fence looks good- it should keep the deer out and at least make it a little harder for the dog to climb :)
